The medieval town of Pals is one of the jewels in the hinterland of the Costa Brava and is an ideal destination for excursions. Surrounded by thick city walls, the Church of Sant Pere and the Torre de les Hores rise up on a hill, visible from afar. The fine sandy beach stretches for several kilometres and is separated from the hinterland by dunes.
