How does paying with Reka-Rail+ work?
Reka-Rail+ credit is loaded onto the practical Reka-Card for staff members. The prepaid card can then be used all over Switzerland for a wide range of sustainable mobility.
How can my employees access an overview of Reka-Rail+?
Each staff member has their individual login for the Reka customer portal. This can be accessed either via the website or the Reka web app. We recommend that your staff install the Reka web app on their smartphones. This way, with just one click, they’ll be able to check on the nearest acceptance points and access their balance and transactions.
How long is Reka-Rail+ credit valid for?
Reka-Card credit has no expiry date. And this also goes for Reka-Rail+ credit on the Reka-Card.
Is there much effort involved when we as employers want to offer our staff Reka-Rail+?
