Our motto is: everyone should be able to take part fully and on equal terms in society, regardless of their social or ethnic backgrounds, their age, gender or individual capabilities. We see variety and colour as opportunities, and inclusion as a logical step in evolution towards a society which functions as a community. We actively promote exchange and see our Reka Holiday Villages as meeting places open to everyone.
Reka is committed in the long term
At least 50% of our Holiday Resorts in Switzerland are barrier-free. With each of our renovations and new building projects we aim to achieve this goal. We are constantly eliminating physical obstacles in our housing, access routes and pathways, playgrounds and other areas. We are making our accommodation wheelchair and walking-aid accessible to guarantee mobility. Travel planning is facilitated in the run-up to holidays as digital accessibility is also one of our priorities. With our website, in the medium term, we are targeting Label A Certification for «Basic Accessibility Requirements, Top Priority».

In 11 Swiss resorts and our Holiday Resort directly by the sea in Tuscany we offer over 40 barrier-free and partly barrier-free apartments and hotel rooms.
With this in mind, the facilities offer:

- The possibility to be accompanied free of charge by a blind or assistance dog
- Partially electric wheelchairs for rent

We indicate appropriate flats as barrier-free and keep them available for you as long as possible. Basically, Reka keeps to its principle of treating all guests the same, so those with disabilities do not receive preference.
