Reka Gift Card: this is how it works
- Choose the amount and number of cards
You can order a maximum of seven Gift Cards. Only one amount is allowed per order (min. CHF 50.–, max. CHF 250. –). If you require cards with different credits, please make several orders.
- Complete personal data and make the payment
Fill in the form with your personal data and follow the instructions for direct online payment in the web shop. The Reka-Card, PostFinance Card, Mastercard, Visa and Twint are accepted as means of payment.
- Receive the Gift Card by post, your present is ready
Within a few working days, you will receive the required Gift Card by post. Now you can give versatile holiday and leisure experiences with the Reka Gift Card and make people feel good!

How long is the Reka Gift Card valid?
The Reka Gift card is valid for three years from the date it is loaded or activated.
Where can I pay with the Reka Gift Card?
The Reka Gift Card is used in the same way as the Reka-Card as a means of payment at over 6,000 acceptance points. The Card can be used on the spot at payment terminals, in web shops and on apps (such as the SBB Mobile App).
Can I top up with more credit and continue to use the Card?
No, the Reka Gift Card is not re-loadable. It can only be loaded with credit once. The card cannot be re-used once the credit has been used up. It is made out of re-cycled material and can be returned to Reka for professional waste disposal when the credit has been used.
Can I check my balance and the Card’s expiry date?
You can conveniently check the credit available as well as the expiry date online. Scan the QR code on your Gift Card or log in to our website under Login with the data on your Card. You also have the possibility to access transactions via your Login, to un-block your Card or make an online payment.
Can I transfer a Gift Card to the Reka-Card?
Yes. In just a few steps, in your customer portal, you can transfer a Gift Card you have received to your personal Reka account.
