The facility
Stroll along the breathtaking bay of Alcudia, relax by the chill-out pool while your children romp in the large pool area or make new friends on the pirate ship. This is Zafiro Tropic in Puerto Alcudia. 3 multi-storey buildings with elevator and a total of 340 apartments. 3 main buildings with elevator. The residence offers 24-hour reception, 1 buffet restaurant, 1 à la carte restaurant, snack/pool bar, bar, supermarket, medical service, laundry, internet corner, free Wi-Fi throughout the complex.
Location: 200 m from the long sandy beach of Puerto Alcudia. 500 m to the promenade of Puerto Alcudia. 60 km to Palma de Mallorca airport. Bus stop nearby with regular connections.
Services: Possibility of breakfast, half board and all-inclusive (for a fee), hotel service with bed linen, laundry service, cleaning included 5 times a week.
Swimming: Kids splash pool with pirate ship and wet bubbles, swimming pool with sun terrace and free parasols and sun loungers, 1 smaller swimming pool, adults-only chill-out pool (heatable), heated indoor pool. On the beach with beach service by external providers for a fee.
Family-friendly: Children's playground, mini club, children's menu in the restaurant, bouncy castle, entertainment with sports, shows, games etc. (May to October), video games.

Das Hotel ist gut gelegen, nahe zum Strand. An so heissen Tagen wie dieses Jahr "stinkt" das Meer etwas, da es in einer Art Bucht liegt und "nicht bewegt". Die Sauberkeit im Hotel und Zimmer ist ok, könnte besser sein. Restaurant hat gute Qualität. Animation ist ebenfalls ok, war aber in unserer Woche von gut am Anfang immer dürftiger... Extrem ärgerlich sind die Liegestuhl Reservationen mit Strandtücher ab morgen früh. Das Hotel verspricht, nach 40 Minuten die Tücher weg zu nehmen, passiert aber nicht. Es liegt ein Zettel auf dem Stuhl und interessiert niemanden... Darf so nicht sein! Pools sind ok vor allem für die Kinder. Ich würde eine Gesamtnote von 6.5 geben.

About the location
The flat-sloping Playa-de-Muro beach stretches for several kilometres and is considered a paradise for family holidays. Directions
From Palma de Mallorca Airport: From the airport, follow the Ma-19 (Carretera del Aeropuerto) for 2.4 km and change to the Ma-30 at exit 6. After 8 km take the Ma-13 towards Port d' Alcudia, Inca. Follow this road for the next approx. 50 km to Puerto Alcudia. In Puerto Alcudia follow the signs to Zafira Tropic.
