The Garda Village
The facility
This popular camping village is located directly on the lake on a spacious green area (approx. 160'000 m²) with approx. 294 grouped bungalows and detached mobile homes. Reception, restaurant, bars, pizzeria, gelateria, bancomat, supermarket, laundry (for a fee), medical service. 1 parking place per accommodation free of charge. Wi-Fi for a fee.
Location: directly on the lake, depending on the location of the bungalows about 100 to 500 m to the beach. Sirmione old town about 3 km. A sunken, secured road runs through the camping village, but it only affects the appearance.
Swimming: On the public gravel beach, swimming pool (25 x 12 m, not heated, open from about mid April to October 10.00 to 19.00, depending on weather) with sun terrace, children's paddling pool with slide, whirlpool for adults. Free sun loungers and sunbeds by the pool (as long as available), bathing cap compulsory.
Family-friendly: playground, children's entertainment (mid-May to beginning of September), miniclub (ages 4-12).
Leisure/sports: table tennis, soccer, volleyball. With charge: tennis (4 clay courts, 2 hard courts) with floodlight, mini golf, bike rental.

Tip #3: Verona – the romantic city
Verona, the stage for Shakespeare’s Romeo and Juliet, is pure romance. There are many famous attractions in the town from various historical periods, such as the Verona arena dating back to the 1st century AD, the medieval fortress Castelvecchio or even the Casa Giulietta, where you can touch the statue of Juliette to bring you luck.

The peninsula of Sirmione is a frequently visited resort on the southern shores of Lake Garda. Directions
From the Swiss border Chiasso take the A9 motorway to Milano. Change to the A4/E13 towards Brescia/Verona/Venice. Motorway exit Sirmione and continue in the direction of Sirmione. After approx. 4 km turn right at a roundabout towards Desenzano - after approx. 1.5 km turn right and then follow the signs.
