The facility
Located on a hillside, the newly opened SWISSPEAK Resorts Thyon 4 Vallées consists of 3 six-storey buildings (with lift) housing 78 modern and comfortable flats. The resort offers a unique panoramic view over the Val d'Hérens, the Rhone plain, the Dent-Blanche massif and the Matterhorn and is the ideal starting point for hikes, bike excursions and discoveries. The resort has a reception, a restaurant, a playroom, a children's room and a ski room. In the neighbouring building is the thermal spa Les Grand Bains d'Hérémence with indoor and outdoor pool, sauna and steam bath (please note opening hours, admission not included). Underground car park and pets for a fee.
Note: Construction work is currently underway on the premises. Noise emissions are possible.
Location: Situated at 1,750 metres, a few minutes' walk from the small village of Les Collons, where you will find the La Trabanta chairlift, a small general shop and several restaurants. 20 minutes' drive to Vex, the main village in the district of Hérens, with further shopping facilities.
Family-friendly: Playground, pump track, children's course in Les Collons, horse riding at the Le Caribou ranch, minigolf, disc golf, indoor swimming pool at the Thyon 2000 mountain station, thermal baths, escape game, scooter runs, climbing and via ferrata.
Leisure/sport: 490 km of hiking and cycling trails in the Val d'Hérens, excursions to Europe's highest dam, the Grande Dixence, to the blue lake of Arolla or the pyramids of Euseigne, visit to the traditional village of Hérémence, alpine cheese tasting, wildlife watching tour. Winter sports activities in the huge 4 Vallées ski area with 410 kilometres of pistes. 4 Vallées is the largest ski area in Switzerland.

Hérémence #1: Tyrolienne adventure
The Grande Dixence dam, located in the Val d'Hérens, is the highest gravity dam in the world. And a very special adventure awaits you here... a 700-metre ride on the AlpinLine zip line past the huge concrete colossus. If you're not quite so adventurous, you can visit the inside of the 285-metre-high dam on a guided tour.
Hérémence #2: Scooter fun in Les Masses
The scooter adventure starts near the SWISSPEAK Resort Thyon2000 with a comfortable chairlift ride up to 1918 metres above sea level. This is followed by a speedy ride back down to Les Masses, with views of the enchanting mountain panorama. If you fancy it, you can go straight back up for a second round. Fun for the whole family!
Hérémence #3: Experience with sled dogs
Do you know what a musher is? A person who drives a dog sled team. And you will get to know such a person on a leisure experience in the Val des Dix. The Valais Alps are home to the highest mountains in Switzerland. The world-famous Matterhorn is just one of them. Highlights include the three largest glaciers in Switzerland: the Aletsch, Gorner and Fiescher glaciers. Families are always welcome in hospitable Valais.

By public transport: Travel by train to Sion. From Sion, take the bus to Les Collons (bus stop Les Collons, Les Thermes). Approx. 47 minutes from Sion.
By car: Travel to Sion. Then via Vex and Hérémence to Les Collons. The resort is located just before the small center of Les Collons, at the bus stop Les Collons, Les Thermes. Approx. 35 minutes from Sion.
