The facility
This "Villaggio turistico" is located at the entrance of the village of Cecina Mare, not far from the sea. Between the sea and the resort a lush pine grove crosses the coast. In the spacious green, fenced and car-free Villaggio there are 156 accommodations on 45'000 m². On the one hand, comfortably and modernly furnished studios as well as 2-room apartments in the two-story residence building and, on the other hand, bright vacation apartments in the 2- or 3-room bungalows. A "villetta" (group of bungalows) consists in each case of four 2-room apartments or four 3-room apartments. Barrier-free apartments are available upon request. Reception, mini market, tobacconist, restaurant/pizzeria with wood oven, customer laundry (for a fee), free Wi-Fi in common areas and pool/bar area, parking (free).
Location: on the outskirts of Cecina Mare, quiet location, 800 m from the sea. Car recommended.
Services: Possibility for breakfast and half board.
Bathing: Large swimming pool with slide (bathing cap compulsory) and children's paddling pool (not heated), open from the beginning of April to the end of September (depending on weather). A dirt road leads to the public shallow sandy beach 800 m. Bus service to the beach from 06.06.-11.09.2026. Dogs are allowed at Bau-Bau beach (about 20 km from La Cecinella).

Cecina Mare is a popular seaside resort on the coast of Tuscany and is located 40 km south of Livorno and 2.5 km west of the small town of Cecina. Directions
From Chiasso A9 via Milano continue on A1 to Parma. Before Parma change to the A15 direction La Spezia - Cisa Pass. Before La Spezia take the A12 direction Livorno and Firenze, drive through until the end of the freeway Rosignano-Marittimo. Follow Super- strada Aurelia SS1 until Cecina. Follow the Aurelia variant until Rondell, see map. At the traffic circle turn right, direction Centro passing Piazza XX Settembre. Before the bridge turn left into Via Circonvallazione. At the end of this street turn right into Viale della Repubblica. Go down to the traffic circle, turn left and go to the end of Via Ferrucci, then turn left and at the fork turn left again into Via della Cecinel- la. After about 100m Villagio Turistico "La Cecinella".
