Village Cap Esterel
The facility
Nestled between the sea and the red rock massif of the Esterel Mountains lies the Village Cap Esterel holiday resort. This family-friendly and spacious holiday village with over 1,000 holiday accommodations is situated slightly elevated in a 210-hectare nature reserve above the bay of Agay. The car-free holiday village has the character of a southern French village and features a large pool area with several swimming pools, water jets and slides, a wellness centre, a 9-hole golf course, tennis courts, various sports facilities, restaurants, bars, shops and a supermarket, a bakery, 3 reception areas, an information desk, event rooms, a customer laundry (for a fee), car parks (some free of charge), free Wi-Fi and daily entertainment for young and old.
The village consists of two main areas, ‘Le Village’ and ‘L'Esquinade’. ‘Le Village’ is located between Dramont beach and the heart of the village (quiet), and ‘L'Esquinade’ is located by the lake, with direct access to the holiday village (12 minutes' walk).
Location: Between St-Tropez and Cannes, 9 km east of St-Raphaël and 32 km from Cannes, in a slightly elevated position with beautiful views. Car required.
Services: Breakfast and half board available.
Swimming: 1.5 km to the public pebble beach of Dramont (free shuttle train every 30 minutes during high season) and 1.5 km below the holiday village is the small public sandy beach of Agay.
Quartier du village: 1 swimming pool (380 m², heated, open all season), 1 swimming pool (1100 m², unheated, supervised, approx. May to end of Sept.) with whirlpool, water jets, slide and paddling pool. Sun loungers (for a fee, subject to availability).
Quartier du Hameau: 1 swimming pool (455 m²) and 1 children's pool (open all season). 2 swimming pools, including 1 children's pool with slide (open July/August).
Family-friendly: children's playgrounds, free kids' club (3–12 years) and youth club (13–17 years), baby club (3–35 months, for a fee), entertainment programmes.
Leisure/sports: Free of charge: fitness centre, multi-purpose sports ground (volleyball, basketball and football), pétanque, table tennis, morning exercises, open-air theatre, various evening entertainment for young and old. For a fee: 1 9-hole golf course, 15 tennis courts (subject to availability), 7 padel courts, swimming lessons, circus lessons, archery, bicycle and e-bike hire, pony club and riding centre, boat trips and wellness centre. On the beach, for a fee, provided by external providers: water sports and boat hire.
Dogs for a fee are allowed depending on the accommodation category, subject to availability.

This popular seaside holiday destination is surrounded by tropical vegetation and protected by the colourful Esterel massif.
Cap Esterel is slightly elevated between Saint-Tropez and Cannes, 9 km east of Saint-Raphaël and 32 km from Cannes in a 210-hectare nature reserve with tropical vegetation, protected by the Esterel massif. The resort consists of two parts, Le Village and L'Esquinade. Le Village is located between the beach of Le Dramont and the village centre, while L'Esquinade is situated on a lake and has direct access to the centre of the holiday village.
Outside the complex, there is access to the public 1.5 km sandy beach of Le Dramont as well as a small public sandy beach 3 km below the village.
This name conjures up images of enchanting landscapes, sunshine, sea, lush vegetation and a carefree lifestyle. ‘La Côte’ offers a rocky coastline, long sandy and pebble beaches and secluded coves.
Directions
Car: From the Geneva border crossing, the journey via Lyon or Annecy, then via Valence and Aix-en-Provence takes approximately 6-7 hours. Several alternatives are possible.
Train: Take the TGV via Lyon Part Dieu or directly to Marseille-Saint-Charles. Change in Marseille and take the regional train (TER) to St-Raphaël-Velascure, change again and take the regional train (TER) to Agay station. Depending on the connection, the train journey from Geneva takes approximately 6-8 hours. The journey from Agay station to Village Cap Esterel takes approximately 10 minutes by taxi.
By plane: Nice Airport is 75 km away.
