The facility
The residence with its 47 colorful terraced apartments in Mediterranean style is located in the middle of a green zone. Small footpaths connect the vacation homes and give the residence a special charm. The swimming pool with sun terrace is at the center of the residence. Reception, outdoor lounge area, customer laundry (for a fee). Free Wi-Fi at the reception. Near the residence there is a supermarket, traiteur, restaurant and bar.
Location: 5 km east of Gruissan-Village in the Ayguades district, close to Ayguades beach. Car recommended.
Services: Possibility of breakfast and bread service (bookable and payable on site).
Swimming: Swimming pool (open from early April to late October, depending on weather conditions. Heated from early May to late September.) with free sun loungers (limited number). Traffic-free access to the large, long, gently sloping public sandy beach of Gruissan (200 m away). The bathing and wellness center “Balnéo Ludique” is 3 km away.
Family-friendly: quiet and car-free residence. Playground 400 m from the residence.
Leisure/sports: pétanque, table tennis, volleyball. Nearby: Bike rental, horse riding, leisure park, karting, mountain bike tours. On the beach of Gruissan through external providers: Water sports such as windsurfing, kitesurfing, stand-up paddle, sailing and boat trips.

The intact, old fishing and wine-growing village of Gruissan, with its Mediterranean-style houses and winding alleys, has a special charm. In the old part of the village, a colourful market enlivens the small fishing harbour. The beautiful beach of Ayguades is home to the windsurfing base, numerous holiday accommodations and campsites. Numerous beautiful beaches and the cosy harbour are nearby.
Directions
From Geneva via highway A41 direction Annecy - Chambéry - Grenoble - Valence A7. At Orange, change to the A9 in the direction of Nîmes - Montpellier - Béziers - Narbonne. Take the Narbonne Ost exit and follow the D32 road towards Gruissan (approx. 12 km). Drive past three traffic circles to Plage de Mateille/Les Ayguades. After 3.5 km you will reach a fifth traffic circle. Take the 1st exit on the right and then the 1st road on the left. The Résidence L'Oustal des Mers is located in the 1st street on the right after the bridge.
