Reka confirms it complies with the requirements of Swiss Data Protection legislation.

The tenant/customer declares he/she agrees that Reka may process historical and future data regarding his/her person (e.g. name, address, date of birth, gender, email address, phone number) as well as data con- cerning his/her activities (e.g. holiday bookings).

The data will be used with a view to delivering and improving requested services and offers, supplying and selling products, drawing up marketing and internal statistics as well as for analytical purposes.
