The facility
Opened in January 2025, the Revier Mountain Lodge Saas-Fee is located in the heart of the popular mountain village, surrounded by restaurants and shopping facilities. The valley station of the Alpin Express is just a 10-minute walk away. The 82 modern rooms, completely clad in wood and equipped with large panoramic windows, offer space for a maximum of 4 people. There is no traditional reception; check-in is conveniently done by cell phone or directly on site at the check-in terminal. The lodge has a restaurant with burger and barbecue specialties, a bar and a fitness studio. Regular live music or DJ performances guarantee entertaining evenings and sociable hours.
Location: Situated at 1,800 meters, in the village center of Saas-Fee. Restaurants and shops are just a few minutes' walk away, the Alpin Express valley station is around 10-15 minutes' walk away.

About the location
The car-free Saas-Fee (1800 m above sea level) lies at the foot of Switzerland's highest mountain, the Dom (4545 m above sea level), which can be admired particularly well from the highest revolving restaurant in the world. In summer, numerous excursion destinations, 350 km of hiking and theme trails and, last but not least, the cuddliest inhabitants of the village: the famous tame marmots, attract visitors. In the cold season, Saas-Fee with its excellent snow conditions and fantastically prepared pistes is THE mecca for winter (sports) fans and all those who want to become one.
Saas-Fee, with 150 kilometres of pistes, has blue, red, black and yellow pistes. These promise unique skiing pleasure, always surrounded by 13 four-thousand-metre peaks! For non-alpine skiers, there are winter hiking trails and a long cross-country ski trail. Various toboggan runs offer a change from skiing.
In addition to around 350km of hiking trails and numerous theme trails, the tame marmots that you encounter below the Spielboden mountain station are an exceptional experience. Adventure-seekers cross the Gorge Alpin, the stream gorge between Saas-Fee and Saas-Grund, along steep rock faces accompanied by a mountain guide. In the adventure forest in Saas-Fee, those with a head for heights can shimmy from tree to tree on various courses on lianas or suspension bridges or whizz through the forest landscape on the "Feeblitz" summer and winter toboggan run. The Saas Valley also has a 70km-long mountain bike network.
About the region
The Valais Alps are home to the highest mountains in Switzerland. The world-famous Matterhorn is just one of them. You can ski in Zermatt 365 days of the year, and in many places children can use the slopes for free. The wild and romantic Goms is a paradise for hikers, snowshoers and cross-country skiers. Highlights include the three largest glaciers in Switzerland: the Aletsch, Gorner and Fiescher glaciers. Families are always welcome in hospitable Valais.
Directions
By public transport: Postbus from Visp to Saas Fee. From the bus terminal station it is only a few steps to the accommodation.
By car: Car transport in Kandersteg-BLS-Goppenstein-Gampel-Visp-Stalden-Saas Fee or summer variant: via N2 Göschenen-Furka-Gletsch-Brig-Visp-Saas Fee or via N12 Chexbres N9 Martigny-Sion-Visp-Stalden-Saas Fee. As Saas Fee is a car-free zone, access to the hotel by car is not permitted. There is a large outdoor parking lot in the immediate vicinity or you can park your car in the parking garage at the entrance to the village.
