The facility
The tranquil vacation village of Bergün is located on the Albula Pass, the gateway to the Engadine. Welcome to the home of the world-famous Landwasser Viaduct, centerpiece of the Rhaetian Railway's Albula Line, a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
The vacation house Albulablick with its spacious apartments is located directly adjacent to the Reka vacation village. The indoor swimming pool, the play and entertainment facilities and the laundry room of the Reka holiday village Bergün can be used.
The vacation apartments are located not far from the village center and all leisure facilities such as ski lifts, mountain railroad, museum and outdoor pool are within easy walking distance.
Services: Baby equipment rental service (free of charge). You have the possibility to order attractive additional services in advance (e.g. bed linen on arrival, terry towels set).
Family-friendly: The Rekalino family program of the Reka vacation village can be shared.

Wunderschöne Herbstferien
Wir hatten wie immer eine schöne Herbstferienwoche in Bergün, die Gastfamilie pflegt die Anlage tiptop und sind sehr gastfreundlich. Das Angebot mit dem rhätischen Bahnpass ist für uns ein tolles Angebot, das wir rege genutzt haben. Einzige Anmerkung zum Hallenbad, die Duschen funktionierten nicht alle und diejenigen die funktionierten waren sehr reduziert im Wasserstrahl, dass es schwierig war die Haare zu waschen.
Wir hatten wie immer eine schöne Herbstferienwoche in Bergün, die Gastfamilie pflegt die Anlage tiptop und sind sehr gastfreundlich. Die Freibilette für die RhB sind super toll und animieren das Auto stehen zu lassen. Die Anreise mit ÖV ist für Familien, mit entsprechend vielem Gepäck, fast unmöglich. Deshalb waren wir über die zusätzlichen Parkplatzgebühren erstaunt.

Das einzige das uns störte, am Abreisetag klingelte die Reinigungsfrau bereits um 8:45Uhr an der Haustür. Obwohl wir bis zehn Uhr Zeit hatten um auszuchecken. Die setzte und dann ein wenig unter Druck um die Wohnung möglichst schnell zu verlassen. Unter diesem "Stress" Vergass ich promt das eine Badezimmermöbel zu räumen🙈 Ansonsten waren wir sehr zufrieden. Wir fühlten uns rundum wohl.

About the location
Your holiday home in Bergün
Bergün / Bravuogn is located at an altitude de 1,376 meters, in the heart of the Grisons. Among the many places of interest in the village centre feature the typical Engadin houses richly decorated with frescoes and traditional oriels, the Romanesque church and the 13th- century ‘La Tuor’ tower in the town square. The Kurhaus Bergün, built in 1905 and 1906, is considered a remarkable Art Nouveau building with well-preserved or restored furnishings and its original extensive kitchen.
In the summer, hiking trails and theme paths beckon, such as the well-known Preda-Bergün rail adventure trail or the popular Heidi trail. During the winter months, a whole variety of snow sports await you. Skiing, snowboarding, winter walking, cross-country skiing or the 6km-long Preda-Bergün toboggan run bring guests down to the railway village.
The spectacular Albula Railway, the centrepiece of the UNESCO Albula-Bernina RhB line, shapes the landscape with its galleries and towering viaducts. Rail enthusiasts will appreciate the almost entirely true-to-scale railway model in the local museum, with an overview of the complex routing of the Albula railway line.

Directions
Arrival from the north:
By train: Via Chur-Thusis-Tiefencastel-Filisur-Bergün-(fast train station). 7 min. on foot to the Reka vacation village. Crossing of the village: signpost to the Reka vacation village for pedestrians. Bike trailer for luggage transport.
Car: Via N13 Chur-Lenzerheide or Domleschg (Thusis)-Tiefencastel- Filisur-Bergün. At the village crossroads follow the sign "Reka-Fussweg" to the right past the Volg store. At the fountain turn left until the barrier Reka-Feriendorf, then turn left to the vacation house.
