The facility
Not far from the famous destinations of Nîmes, Sainte Maries de la Mer or Aigues Mortes lies Le Grau-du-Roi at the mouth of the Vidourle. Here you will find the Belambra Club, newly opened in 2022, with 369 accommodations. The resort is surrounded by a 6 hectare park and is located directly on the sea on the long sandy beach of Port Camargue. The resort has 2 snack bars, 1 buffet restaurant with terrace, 1 à la carte restaurant "La Manade". Laundromat (for a fee), free parking, free Wi-Fi. The center of Le Grau du Roi with restaurants, bars, and shopping is about 1.5 km away. About 10 minutes walk away awaits you the typical French port of the coastal town of Port Camargue, the lively center for yachting and fishing on the Atlantic Ocean.
Location: Directly at the public sandy beach "Espiquette". About 1.5 km from the center of Le Grau du Roi and about 27 km from Montpellier airport.
Swimming: 3 swimming pools, including an infinity pool with panoramic terrace and sea view and 1 children's paddling pool. Free lounge chairs with umbrellas by the pool.
Family friendly: varied animation program (daytime and evening), sports activities, leisure and sports activities. Baby and toddler club (from 4 months to 5 years, open all season, in French and English), kids and teens club (6 to 17 years, open during high season, in French and English).
Leisure/sports: 1 multifunctional sports court, 2 petanque courts, fitness, aquagym. For a fee: 2 tennis courts, swimming lessons, wellness area with sauna, hammam, massage and beauty treatments. Nearby for a fee: various water sports, horseback riding, seaaquarium, water park.

Tip # 1: Sea experience at the Seaquarium
Discover this fascinating underwater world on an interactive, 3,000 sq. meter course featuring over 300 species. Colourful fish and corals, jellyfish, sharks, various species of ray, turtles, sea lions, otters – opened in 1989, the centre offers wonderful highlights including a 100 meter-long underwater tunnel, a sea lion show and interesting exhibitions.
Tip #2: Sailing on the high seas and along the coast
What could be more exciting than a trip by boat, the wind in your hair and the spray in your face? A wide variety of sailing yachts and experienced skippers will take you out to sea over the deep blue or turquoise sea or take you to the lonely bays in the area. You will find your favourite boat in the harbour, whether sleek or romantic. Book your day at sea!
Tip #3: Riding in Camargue
Discover the breath-taking Camargue region from the perfect vantage point on horseback, riding past swamps, salt marshes, rice fields, meadowland, and sand dunes. Admire the white Camargue horses, herds of bulls as well as the diverse waterfowl world, including flocks of pink flamingos. Directions
By car
From Geneva via freeway A41 direction Annecy-Chambéry-Grenoble-Valence A7, continue on A7 direction Orange. At Orange change to A9 direction Nîmes-Montpellier. Exit n°26 direction Aigues - Mortes - Le Grau du Roi, continue on A9, at the first traffic circle go straight on D6313 until Le Grau du Roi. At the second traffic circle turn onto D979, then continue on D62, after approx. 5 km turn onto D62A, after 1.6 km at the traffic circle take the second exit in the direction of Le Grau du Roi, continue on D62B. After approx. 2 km take the first exit at the traffic circle and turn onto Rue Amiot d'Inville. After approx. 220 m you will find the club on the right hand side.
