The facility
Opened in December 2019, Swisspeak Resorts Meiringen consists of 6 three-storey buildings (with elevator) housing 79 modern and comfortable apartments. The resort is ideal for active and adventurous guests, as it is the perfect starting point for exploring the Bernese Oberland. The resort has a reception, a small outdoor playground, a children's room, a gaming room for teenagers, a sauna, massage services (on reservation), a bike room and laundry facilities. The ski room is located directly at the valley station of the cable car. Outdoor parking, underground garage and pets on request and for a fee.
Location: Situated at 595 meters, at the foot of the Susten, Grimsel and Brünig passes. The resort is located next to Meiringen railroad station, in the center of the village, close to restaurants and shops. The Meiringen-Hasliberg Reuti cable car is 600m away.

Magic Pass
The Magic Mountains cooperative announces that the mountain railways of Gstaad, including Rougemont, Schönried, Saanenmöser, Zweisimmen and St. Stephan, will join the Magic Pass from summer 2025. The new 2025/2026 pass will grant summer and winter access to these destinations from 1 May 2025. The next pass will be valid until 30 April 2026.

Aare Gorge
In Haslital bei Meiringen the Aare River has cut a gorge in the limestone that is 200 metres deep in some places. Thanks to the walkways and tunnels, it is easy to hike through the entire gorge. The 1.4 kilometre long path through this captivating gorge is an easy 40-minute walk.
Meiringen is a popular holiday destination in the Bernese Oberland. The Haslital valley lies between the Brünig, Grosse Scheidegg, Susten and Grimsel Alpine passes. Families are always welcome here and well-served all round with lots of sports and leisure possibilities. Culturally there’s lots to discover as well – people living in this region at the heart of Switzerland are dedicated to preserving their traditions and customs.
In the winter, Meiringen-Hasliberg is a favourite winter sports area. 15 ski installations transport winter sports enthusiast up to an altitude of 2245 meters. Several cross-country trails, snow-shoe tracks, toboggan runs as well as an extensive network of winter hiking paths complete the range of winter offers. In the summer, holiday guests can enjoy over 300 km of signposted hiking trails and as many biking routes. The «Muggestutz» adventure trail in nearby Hasliberg whisks young and old away into the mystical world of the Hasli dwarves.
Pure Switzerland! Out of the mist and up towards the sun. The triumvirate of the Eiger, Mönch and Jungfrau makes for very impressive scenery. In the Bernese Oberland, your mountain holiday dream will come true.
Directions
By public transport:
Travel by train to Meiringen. The resort is just a few minutes' walk from the station.
By car:
Travel to Meiringen via Thun and Interlaken or via Lucerne and the Brünig Pass. The resort is located next to the train station.
