The facility
This vacation residence with 59 simply furnished apartments boasts a wonderful view of the old town of Pietra Ligure and the Ligurian coast. The residence is 500 m from the sandy beach “Pietra Liguria”, the town center can be reached in a few minutes on foot (steep path) and right next door is the public botanical garden. The residence has a reception, night watchman, bar, locked bike room incl. washing station, laundry (for a fee), free Wi-Fi, parking (free).
Location: The Residence Sant'Anna is situated in an elevated position in Pietra Ligure, in the heart of the Riviera delle Palme. The town center, the beach promenade and the beach are about 600 meters away.
Swimming: Swimming pool with underwater massage jets with sun terrace and sea view, children's pool (open from 14.05.-01.11.2026, depending on weather conditions) (swimming caps compulsory). Free sun loungers with parasols by the pool (limited number). The pebble beach can be reached in about 10 minutes on foot (steep path) or with the free shuttle service (only return trip from the beach to the residence) twice a day from 01.06.-30.09.2026. The beach service at the reserved beach section for Sant'Anna guests (1 sun umbrella and 2 sun loungers per apartment) is included in the price from 14.05.-19.06.2026 and 24.08.-30.09.2026. From 20.06.-23.08.2026 chargeable (payable on site).
Service: Bread roll service (order the day before on site, coffee available at the bar).
Family-friendly: children's playground.
Leisure/sports: Free of charge: table tennis, boccia, football pitch on the grass. By external providers in the area: biking, hiking, climbing, tennis, golf, trekking.

Wohnung, Balkon und Garage sind zweckdienlich und die Preisgestaltung nachvollziehbar. Luxus darf im Sinne des Wortes nicht erwartet werden, mit diesem Anspruch ist man aber in einem REKA-Dorf sowieso am falschen Ort. Wir würden wieder kommen.

La résidence est bien située, le personnel est aimable et accueillant mais les appartements rappellent les années 80, un rafraîchissement serait le bienvenu.

Pietra Ligure offers an ideal mix of culture and relaxation. Thanks to its prime location on the Ligurian coast, this resort is a perfect destination for beach lovers. The extensive sandy beach is spotlessly clean and the sea drops gently, making it a safe haven for families with children. For those who are more interested in cultural experiences, there is the charming old town of Pietra Ligure, which is lined with medieval buildings.
Liguria is «Mare e Monti» and pure Italy. The region with the closest coastline to Switzerland links sea, mountains and urban flair in towns such as San Remo or Genoa. Thanks to its mild climate, bathing tradition and culinary highlights such as fish, pesto and focaccia, as well as first-class olive oil and wines, Liguria is simply unique. Its rich culture and history, well-kept hiking and biking trails and hospitable people make the journey to discover this gem certainly well worth it!
Directions
Arrival by car: From the Swiss border in Chiasso, follow the A9 in the direction of Milano. At Milano take the A8/E35 motorway to Genoa, Bologna. Then take the turnoff to Genoa, Ventimiglia, Savona and drive until before Genoa. Before Genoa, the motorway goes towards Ventimiglia, which you leave at the Pietra Ligure exit. Then 50 metres further on, turn left at the roundabout and follow the signs to the Residence for about 2 km.
By train: Train to Milano Centrale. Change to the Intercity in the direction of Genoa as far as Finale Ligure Marina. In Finale Ligure Marina, change to the regional train to Pietra Ligure. The residence is about 1 km from the railway station (about 20 minutes on foot, partly uphill). Taxis are available at Pietra Ligure railway station. Depending on the length of your stay in Finale Ligure Marina, we recommend taking a taxi from the station (approx. 10 minutes by car to the residence).
