Finca Casa Julia and Casa Maurus are twin houses built side by side and Casa Julia has: 1 living/dining room with fireplace, 1 equipped kitchen, safe, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, closet and computer workstation, 1 bathroom with shower or bathtub, 1 patio with pergola on the east side, 1 small courtyard planted with trees and flowers on the sun and street side.

The cottages Casa Julia and Casa Maurus also have a spacious common shade pergola with table and benches and 1 pool for common use.

Directly at the finca there are 3 pools for common use, 1 next to the house and 2 next to the reception (the 3 pools are used by the guests of the vacation houses Casa Grande, Casa del Pino, Casa de las Canas, Casa Julia and Casa Maurus).
