In both summer and winter, you will find your dream holiday paradise at Montfaucon Reka Holiday Village, at an altitude of around 1,000 metres. From the slightly elevated mountain ridge, the view to the south sweeps over the Chasseral to the Alps on the horizon. Looking north, you can see the deeply carved Doubs Valley. Montfaucon is pure Jura. From here, you can discover the wild beauty of the Swiss Jura. As our guest, you can explore historical towns and typical villages on small trains and buses free of charge with the Jura Pass. Or you can book your cycling holiday right away for exciting tours on a bike or racing bike.
In the family-friendly Montfaucon Reka Holiday Village, the large play park is a reminder that the Jura was the birthplace of Swiss watchmaking. Here you can experience time in a new way with our partner TISSOT, whose roots are in the region.

October Holidays
Overall was acceptable. Found the staff not very pleasant (especially the lady at the garderie). Also there was no lunch or diner possibility on-site (kitchen was closed) which made it difficult since there's not many restaurants nearby (only one walking distance). The site itself is very nice and pleasant.

Nous avons passé une semaine reposante au Reka Montfaucon avec nos 4 enfants de 3 à 10 ans. Le Rekalino leur a beaucoup plus ainsi que la piscine et la place de jeux sur le site. Le personnel était extrêmement aimable. Malgré la pluie, la région permet nombre d'activités en intérieur et donc on ne s'ennuie jamais.

Vraiment au top, sauf le temps n’était pas avec nous, mais ça on ne peut rien y faire ☔️ mais même avec la pluie on a pu occuper nos petites filles.

Vacances pluvieuses mais conviviales. Nous avons bien profité des infrastructures et de la piscine. C'est aussi une région à découvrir !

Un peu déçu par rapport à notre expérience des années précédentes. Les prestations globales sont de moins bonne qualité et le prix de la location devient très cher.
Très dommage de ne pas tenir compte des vacances et du souhait de tranquillité en faisant des travaux alors que les gens sont en villégiature et en vacances. Beaucoup de nuisances et ma foi, un manque de respect pour vos hôtes pour lesquels une semaine de vacances suppose un coût financier important. Baisse notable de la qualité des prestations. Nous allons vous écrire concernant la question des travaux qui nous ont fortement gêné.

Your holiday accommodation in Montfaucon
If you’re searching for the pure Jura experience, then you’ve come to the right place in the village of Montfaucon, at some 1,000 meters above sea-level. Up here you’ll find broad meadows with grazing horses, the peace and quiet of the forests and ponds in a mysterious moorland landscape. From the slightly elevated ridges, the view sweeps south towards the Chasseral and the Alps on the horizon. To the north, you can see the deeply carved river Doubs valley. The rolling range of Jurassic hills forms a vast nature park.
The Reka Holiday Village at Montfaucon is the departure point for a wide range of fresh-air activities. Everything is possible here, from hiking holidays to biking or wellness vacations. From here you can set out to discover the wild beauty of the Swiss Jura. You can discover historic cities and typical villages by train or bus, or even by bike!

Directions
Arrival by train
Via Saignelégier or Glovelier to Pré-Petijean station (Montfaucon). From there, the holiday village is about a 20-minute walk. You can arrange to be picked up by the Reka bus. We recommend changing to the post bus in Saignelégier or Glovelier and disembarking at the Montfaucon post office. From there, the holiday village is about a 5-minute walk.
Arrival by car
Via Saignelégier to Montfaucon. The holiday village is located just before the village of Montfaucon on the left. Coming from Glovelier, turn right at the end of the village. Follow the Reka signs in each case.
