Description
The two-storey 2-room apartment has on the first floor: 1 living/dining room with kitchenette, pull-out sofa bed and furnished garden seating area. On the 1st floor: 1 bedroom with double bed, 1 bathroom with shower.
The extra bed (pull-out double sofa bed) for the 3rd person or 1 - 2 children under 12 years can be booked via extras. Very limited space on the first floor with maximum occupancy.
2 communal barbecues, 1 communal washing machine (for a fee), 1 communal pool (no swimming cap compulsory), 1 tennis court and 1 playground are located nearby. The apartment is located in the zone “Fiordi” (on the map at the end of the island, above point 14 at “via ultima ovest”), 200 - 2000 m from the sandy beach and the Centro Sportivo.
Services: The beach service (2 sun loungers and 1 parasol from the 3rd row of the beach per accommodation) is included in the price from 17.05.-29.06. and 23.08.-07.09.2025. From 30.06.-22.08.2025 the beach service can be booked directly on site. Bicycles (1 bicycle per guest, for adults and children) are included in the price from 08.03.-29.06.2025 and from 23.08.-18.10.2025. From 30.06.-22.08.2025 the bicycles can be booked via the extra and are to be paid for on site.
The kitchenette is equipped with: fridge, italian coffee machine (Moka)
