The facility
This resort is slightly elevated above the sea and close to the Vrsar promenade. The terraced pavilions, which are nestled in the middle of the Mediterranean vegetation, contain not only bungalow rooms but also 176 apartments for 3 to 4 people. The paths within the resort are very steep and not suitable for baby carriages. Well-maintained footpaths lead to the rocky beach, the diving center and the sports centers, which in addition to water sports also offer tennis courts, table tennis, mini golf and various ball courts. The resort offers a buffet restaurant, "Lover Real Grill" restaurant with sun terrace right by the sea, bar, pool bar, "Star Anise Asian" restaurant, ATM, free parking, free Wi-Fi.
Location: Elevated above the sea, approx. 10 minutes' walk from the Vrsar promenade.
Services: Possibility of breakfast and half board
Swimming: Swimming pool with children's paddling pool (closed depending on the weather, in which case the indoor pool at the nearby Hotel Pineta is open), large sun terrace with free sun loungers and parasols, paved and pebble-covered rocky beach. Sun loungers and parasols on the beach for a fee.
Family-friendly: Playground, daily entertainment by the pool, mini club (4-12 years), mini disco and evening program (high season).
Leisure/sports: Dance terrace with live music. For a fee: diving center, Petalon sports center (approx. 500 m), tennis courts, table tennis, mini golf, bike hire, boccia, basketball, volleyball. Water sports center directly on the beach: pedalo, boat and kayak rental, jet ski, stand-up paddle.

Glede apartmaja nobenih pripomb, urejen kot običajno (manjkal je le starter kit za čiščenje posode). Edina pripomba glede sprejema/osebja na recepciji - žal zelo formalno in brezosebno. Tudi takojšnje plačilo ali rezervacija sredstev na kartici za redne goste se mi ne zdi primerna.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit der sauberen modernen Unterkunft, Essen war ausgezeichnet, Kellner, Personal in Reception u. Unterkunft sehr flott u. freundlich, die Zimmer waren schon nach dem Frühstück fertig. Super!! Nur die Liegen unten am Strand sollten im Preis inbegriffen sein (z.b. anstatt der freien Handtücher, welche man auch von zu Hause mitnehmen kann, sollen die Liegen im Hotelpreis beinhaltet sein. Stiegen Aufgang zum Restaurant war wenig Beleuchtet u. war nicht sehr kinderfreundlich, man musste die Kinderwägen tragen, dasselbe gilt auch für ältere Personen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Prekrasan položaj aparmana uz samo more. Izuzetno čisto. Prekrasno uređen i održavan okoliš. Osoblje ljubazno i uvijek na usluzi. Jako smo zadovoljni boravkom i dolazimo jako često.

Sehr gut organisierte, sehr gepflegte Anlage. Es wird sich bemüht, die Kunden sehr gut zu betreuen und deren Wünsche zu erfüllen. Von der Rezeption über Strand- und Restaurantpersonal bis zum Servicepersonal, alle sehr freundlich.und hilfsbereit. Lage sehr schön, wenn man entsprechende Räumlichkeit bucht und die Anlage ist sehr sauber und gepflegt. Wir kommen immer wieder gerne hierher, wenn das Preisniveau adäquat bleibt. Unsere Servicekraft im Appartment war an Freundlichkeit, Fröhlichkeit und liebevollem Zimmerservice nicht zu überbieten. Das macht den Aufenthalt natürlich noch schöner und man fühlt sich sehr willkommen. Danke dafür :-)

About the location
Vrsar is one of the most beautiful towns in Istria. In front of Vrsar there is a chain of 18 green islands. Vrsar, which was called Ursaria by the Romans and was formerly a fishing and farming village, has a romantic atmosphere and plenty of sights. The important tourist centre is known for its water springs and numerous restaurants.
Directions
By car: Italian highways to Trieste, then follow the signs for "Slovenia/Koper/Capodistria" to the end of the highway. Follow the signs to "Capodistria" and cross the border between Italy/Slovenia "Skofije". Before Koper turn right towards Porec/Pula, continue to the border crossing Slovenia/Croatia "Dragonja/Kastel". Continue in the direction of Buje-Porec-Pula E751. In Porec continue in the direction of Vrsar, after approx. 6 km you will reach the village of Funtana. In Funtana, continue in the direction of Vrsar. After approx. 3 km you have arrived in Vrsar, follow the signs to Belvedere Resort.
