Baby Swimming Week with “wir eltern”

The Reka Baby Swimming Week is very popular among young families. The family-friendly Reka Holiday Villages are perfectly equipped to meet their needs.

Treat yourself and your baby or toddler to these wonderful moments in warm water. Experience how this element creates a special bond between you and your baby or toddler (up to 4 years old).

During the baby swimming week, babies and toddlers are introduced to the element of water in a playful way. The protective presence of their parents gives them a sense of security and helps them learn to trust fully. The course instructor supports children aged 3 months to 4 years in age-appropriate groups, helping them become familiar with water during daily baby swimming sessions. Children develop a positive connection with water and learn a healthy and respectful attitude toward it. The course includes learning various holding techniques (to encourage freedom of movement), and one session is dedicated to the topic of “swimming with clothes” (accident prevention). These courses promote social body contact, coordination, balance, motor skills, as well as the mental and social development of babies and toddlers. Discovering water – in a playful way. This way, the whole family will enjoy the water!

Additionally, moms can participate in two bodyART workshops – a holistic course program based on the five elements of Chinese medicine, designed to train the person as a unity of body, mind, and soul. The exercises combine strength, flexibility, and balance. Positive effects of this unique training include stability, coordination, well-being, improved posture, prevention and relief of back pain, and stress reduction.

Services included in the price:

• Varied teaching sessions of 30 minutes, grouped by age or age-appropriate, from Sunday to Friday (except Wednesday) – one session is dedicated to the topic of “swimming with clothes” (accident prevention).
• The course instructor is available for questions or assistance even outside of the lessons.
• 2 bodyART workshops for moms, allowing them to enjoy some time for themselves (in a sporty way) and optimize their body awareness (2 hours each).
• Childcare during baby swimming sessions (starting from infancy).
• Welcome aperitif.Free rental service for baby equipment.

Minimum number of participants: 8 families.
