Vieles passt. Das man uns telefonisch gesagt hat, dass das Restaurant ausgebucht sei und später dann doch nicht war komisch. Der Preis ist für die Leistung dann doch etwas hoch, insbesondere weil die Skitickets exorbitant teuer sind. Alles in allem findet man für den Gesamtpreis leider bessere Orte.

Sauna uf guss mit Sven ist gut. Evt. gibt es verschiedene Saunaafgusstechniken ( Zeremonien) um das Saunaerlebniss noch spanender zu machen. Kleine Kunstwerke Inventar wirklt langsam etwas abgenutzt und durchgesessen aus. Je nach Zimmer, erneuerung in den kommenden Jahren nötig.

Der Aufenthalt im Peaks place hat uns sehr gefallen. Wir haben Ihr Haus gewählt weil wir ein Appartement suchten. gute Betten, Kissen, Decken Fitnessgeräte unbefriedigend, Schwimmbecken ok, Whirlpool leider zuviel Gerede und Gelächter durch Benutzer. Sauna nicht benutzt Geschirr im Schrank zum Teil nicht sauber Plättli neben WC nicht sauber Wir waren nie im Nani essen weil uns das Angebot nicht gefiel

I was very happy with some of the new additions such as the coffee machine in the apartments, the availability of cakes at the reception and produce (eggs, cheese) from the local farmer. The apartment itself was clean enough but it was obvious that who cleaned it did not do a thorough look. Elements in the fridge were broken, inside the oven was dirty, a lid for one pot was missing, there was no sponge/brush for washing dishes although detergent was available (I know from previous stays that there is always a brush for dishes in the kitchen) and there was no baking paper for the oven. I had to go to reception to request these items which were then provided. In addition, one the 1st day of arrival (Sunday 1st Jan) when there were already many families arriving, the stairway to House E was extremely dirty/muddy and remained so the whole week. While guests should be careful about keeping things clean for other guests, it was disappointing to find an already dirty staircase on day 1.

not enough furniture in the bedrooms. a dressing table or alike would be much appreciated. Stev (the sauna guy) is top notch! in general very good service, but sometimes staff forget or does not know basic information (which we learnt from other residents in the Peaks place)

Ein rundum sehr schöner Aufenthalt. Wir kommen sicher einmal wieder. Sehr viel Platz. Der Bereich ist schön gestaltet, für die Zahl der Besucher aber meiner Meinung nach zu wenig Platz.
