Einige Mitarbeitende waren nicht sehr aufmerksam. Teilweise wurde nicht gegrüsst und als wir am einen Morgen das Frühstück vergessen hatten zu reservieren, wurden wir bei der Nachfrage ob wir trotzdem frühstücken können relativ motivationslos daraus hingewiesen, dass das hetzt schwiereig sei und wir doch jeweils reservieren sollten. Es waren aber noch gabz viele Tische ungeseckt und anscheinend noch genügend Plätze frei. Wir haben schlussendlich frühstücken können. Am abend darauf hat und aber eine andere sehr freundliche Mitarbeiterin des Restaurants noch Getränke angeboten obwohl sie die Abrechnung schon gemacht hatte und das Restaurant gerade schliessen wollte. Wir konnten die Getränke auf das Zimmer schreiben. Im allgemeinen waren die MitarbeiterInnen sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Es gab nur 1-2 Ausnahmen. Top modern und ansprechend eingerichtet Der Badebereich war jeweils sehr laut aufgrund von vielen Kindern. Teilweise auch noch nach 19:00Uhr. Die Kinder sind teilweise auch im kleinen Sprudelbad herumgeprungen. Ist aber sicherlich auch Aufgabe der Eltern dies zu unterbinden.

Hotel ist nicht im Zentrum bei Bergbahn, das WILL ich zumindest aber genau so haben, ruhiger :) - Mattratzen bräuchten update, sind zu hart und zu klein, zu wenig breit. Das ist das dringendste was ich angehen würde betreffs Ausstattung Zimmer/Bett. + Kleiderbügel, mehr Hacken um die Bade-Mäntel aufzuhängen. Gut bis sehr gut, findet man heute leider nur noch selten. Ihr Hotel war und ist immer sauber bei Bezug. - Wann machen Sie wieder Familien-günstige eigene Angebote für Direkt-Bucher :) - Reduktion für Berg-bahnen ist nicht vorhanden, ist Normalpreis auch CHF 35.- ? dann ist 35.- ja kein Rabatt. Küche: - Es fehlte hitzebeständiger Handschuh aus Silikon für Kuchenblech, bzw. fehlt überall in Grundausstattung? Trocken-Tuch ist etwas heikel/gefährlich. - Wir haben eine Unterlage für Grill gemacht, aus Karton. Für Schutz Tisch. Würde ich auch in Grundausstattung beilegen, Unterlage für Grill / Fondue, Silikon Matte? + Endlich mal ein Hotel das ein Haken hat um das Trocken-Geschirr-Tuch aufzuhängen in der Küche! Hat fast niemand... verrückt einfach aber ist so nützlich, mehr davon... Stellplatz, Haken, etc. + Platz für Koffer Abstell-Raum, exzellent.
