Peaks Place Apartments

Enjoyed our stay at Peaks place very much. 1 bedroom apartment could be a little bigger, but it was comfortable. The facilities are excellent especially the wellness center. Great location and very friendly and helpful staff. Shame that the restaurant was closed on Tuesday and Wednesday nights. Staff are fantastic, shame the restaurant was closed on Tuesday and Wednesday nights. The resort is kept very clean, the one thing I noticed was when we arrived to our apartment, the windows and balcony were not clean. We did not dine at the restaurant as the two nights we wanted to have dinner there, they were closed. We did have a burger on burger night and it was very nice.

Sometimes a little bit too busy. A time slot would probably work better. Especially with children.

Excellent service and a very comfortable stay. Obviously comes at a price, but not excessive in what is an expensive country.

This place has spacious rooms and very friendly staff. Although the restaurant is overpriced and not as good as it used to be we really consider to come back again. Nevertheless, one of the assets of the apartment complex is the wellness area but this year it was overtaken by Polish people. We do not have anything against Polish people in general but these aggressive groups we met there were not contributing to the nice atmosphere we have been enjoying in the past. great! Spacious. But we had a room apparently above the kitchen. Personnel were screaming and smoking under our balcony from 10.30 and later. our kids had unpleasant aggressive encounters in the swimming pool with Polish people and my wife was harassed in the sauna by groups of Polish men. very nice staff an in between cleaning would be nice or at least leave a vacuum cleaner in the apartment Apartments are excellent. We had the most expensive dish on the menu but a year ago this dish was much better. This left us with a feeling of disappointment. Also, we did not get what was described in the menu. Again, last year it was. We had the feeling that the new chef was laughing at us. Finally, this dish was way too expensive for what we received. Mediocre wines were overpriced basic

Eigentlich ein guter Ort. Aber die Hotelleitung scheint nicht gewillt zu sein eine Atmosphäre zu schaffen, in der man auch Ruhe findet. Ein Jammer. Tolle Zimmer, eine schöne Wellnessanlage. Aber für uns war es nur zum Abgewöhnen zu einem dafür absurd hohen Preis. Gut ausgestattet, aber viel zu voll und laut zum Entspannen. Auch in den Zeiten wo es nur für Erwachsene ist. Man hat auch niemanden gesehen, der für halbwegs Ruhe sorgt. Auf jedem Campingplatz mit Wellness habe ich das besser erlebt. Leider herrschte zu Teilen eine gewisse 'Ballermann-Atmosphäre'. In unseren beiden Nachbarzimmern war es bis nachts laut. Morgens leider auch wieder. Es gab Parties auf dem Flur, bei dem die anderen Zimmertüren geöffnet waren und Boomboxes auf Anschlag laut gestellt waren. Im Wellnessbereich war Hi-Life. Als wir von der Piste kamen herrschte vor dem Hotel auch Ballermannatmosphäre. An der Rezeption merkte am. an, das unsere Nachbaren schon verwarnt seien. Das half uns aber auch nicht. Darauf angesprochen dass man vielleicht ein bisschen die Ballermannparties unterbinden könne wurde mir recht trocken erwidert, dass man da tagsüber zumindest nichts machen könne und es neunmal schwer sei. Für den Preis brauche ich das ehrlich gesagt nicht und werde mir das nicht noch einmal gönnen.

Schönes Zimmer, freundliches Personal, gutes Essen. Skibus Service i.O. Schöner Wellness Bereich. Dadurch dass das Hotel gross ist, kommt es natürlich zeitweise zur Überfüllung der Bäder + Saunas, was einem etwas abschreckt. Preis ist ok aber im oberen Bereich, vor allem die Zusatzleistungen wie das Parkhaus. Guter WLAN Empfang. Feine Küche am Abend, Burger am Mittwoch zu empfehlen.

It’s wonderful but very expensive There are a lot of robes and towels but the shampoo was a bit meak. No bath foam. Great to have dishwashing soap, tablets for the dishwasher, salt and pepper. Maybe also provide a little oil to bake in?

Please note that pillows are very soft and small Furthermore please note that dinner table in room is very high compared to chairs. When you are 1.65 of length, it is uncomfortable to eat, feels very uneasy. Due to the low chairs you are just coming above the table...that could be overcome by having higher chairs...
