You can reset your password by giving us your email address, your User ID or the account number on your Reka-Card. For more information click on the question mark.

The e-mail address will only work if you have already entered it in your Reka account. You will find your User ID on the accompanying letter of the QR invoice(s) and the account number on the Reka-Card: Reka card
