Important note

Limitations of the Reka customer portal on Apple/iOS devices

Currently, technical problems occur when using the Reka customer portal on iPhones and iPads - regardless of the browser used (e.g. Safari or Google Chrome). In particular, the following are affected:

• online payments
• Account-to-account transfer
• Transfer of non-personalized Reka-Cards
• Password changes (although accepted, they cannot be used on the iPhone).

Please use the customer portal temporarily only on Android devices or on a computer with Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge.

Login with Internet Explorer no longer possible

Since 2015 Internet Explorer has no longer been developed by Microsoft, but has been replaced by Microsoft Edge. This is why Reka can no longer offer the login for the customer portal using this browser. Please choose an internet browser such as Microsoft Edge or Google Chrome, or another up-to-date browser.
