Only 5 km north of Lugano, yet 200 m higher and rural, Sureggio is situated in the Capriasca with a view of Lake Lugano. The small village on a wooded slope above the little river Cassarate is an ideal starting point for relaxing walks, interesting hikes and bike tours. The Capriasca is rich in original scenic sights, and the villages have retained their historic character.
