Typical Ticino Rustici - near an organic farm - in the hamlet of Monadello in Centovalli. 7.5 km from Camedo and 25 km from Locarno at 808 m.o.M. The region of the Centovalli Valley offers a wide network of hiking trails that give the opportunity to discover the wild nature and untouched valleys and enjoy its peculiarities. Some of these trails can be combined with the Centovalli railway. The Centovalli Railway (also called "Centovallina" or "Vigezzina" in Italy) serves as an important transit line between Locarno and Italy. For the adventurous, the Centovalli offers various excursion possibilities, such as sport climbing or bungy jumping. Highly recommended are the ancient Via del Mercato (Market Road) between Camedo and Intragna or a visit to Rasa, a tiny village located on a natural terrace surrounded by meadows and woods. A jewel that can only be reached on foot or by cable car. Centovalli and the Vigezzo Valley are a unique natural and cultural paradise.
