Cancelling or changing bookings
If you prefer to cancel your holidays all the same, we offer you the following fair and flexible cancellation terms for holidays with an arrival date up to 30.06.2021. For all bookings with an arrival date as of 01.07.2021 the usual Rental terms and conditions | Reka are valid.

Booking cancellations and changes at Reka Resorts
You’ll find everything on fundamentally valid cancellations in the Rental Terms and Conditions Swiss Travel Fund (Reka) Cooperative.
If, due to official travel restrictions, departure from one’s own country or entry to Switzerland is impossible (with the exception of quarantine measures and illness), the following applies: cancellation is possible, at the cost of the CHF 50.- processing fee, with a refund of the amount already paid. A booking modification, however, is free of charge in this case.
Changing a booking:
This is possible up to 10 days prior to departure at the cost of the CHF 50.- processing fee. (If the price of the new booking is lower than the previous amount paid, you will receive a Reka Holidays voucher worth the difference and valid for a booking date in the next 2 years.)

How to cancel or change holiday bookings
Kindly get in touch with the central rental office via email@example.com together with the contract number and your required holiday dates and destination.
Information concerning AXA travel insurance
For existing bookings with the conclusion of a travel insurance policy, which do not yet have a specific Corona exclusion, the following condition applies;
AXA will pay the cancellation costs for holidays and travel to countries for which travel restrictions / travel warnings apply, at the earliest 30 days before the start of the trip. Cancellation costs are also covered if travel restrictions are suddenly imposed again due to a second wave. If a country imposes entry restrictions (border, quarantine) up to a certain date, Axa will cover the cancellation costs of trips commencing before that date. If someone falls ill with Corona and is therefore unable to travel, this is generally covered, even for contracts with the additional condition Corona.
