Reka Holiday Homes are open
Most of Reka’s Holiday Homes and other accommodation in Switzerland opened again on 15.05.2020.
Developments abroad will be regularly monitored. Borders with Italy opened on June 3, 2020, and outward journeys from Switzerland (as well as homeward journeys) are no problem. Borders with Germany, France and Austria open on June 15, 2020. Concerning travel to Spain and Croatia, we still have no accurate up-to-date information.
Safe and sound holidays
Generally speaking, appropriate protective measures have been implemented everywhere and operational restrictions may arise. Reka follows the public authorities’ recommendations extremely attentively. With your booking documents you receive all information about your holiday residence as well as precautions and measures. Current social distancing rules will be safeguarded in public areas such as swimming pools, fitness centres and games rooms. Hand hygiene is still extremely important.
If you wish to rebook your holidays:
Kindly contact our central renting office via firstname.lastname@example.org with indication of the contract number, the holiday dates required as well as the holiday destination. We’ll process your request as fast as possible, but remind you that in view of the present situation, this may take a few days.
If you wish to cancel your holidays:
Cancellations are subject to the rental terms and conditions of Reka Holidays with corresponding cancellation periods.
Please get in touch with your travel insurance agent.
